Community Guidelines
Last updated 27 October 2026
ARTON exists so talented artists get seen. These guidelines keep it a place artists trust and collectors enjoy.
1. Post your own work
Only upload art you made, or have clear permission to share. Credit collaborators and references. Re-posting someone else's art, even with credit, isn't allowed.
2. Be honest about how it was made
Label every piece as Original, AI-assisted or AI-generated. Don't present AI images as hand-painted, and don't trace or copy another artist's work and sell it as your own.
3. Respect people
Give feedback on the work, not the person. No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or sharing someone's private information.
4. Not allowed on ARTON
- Any sexual content involving minors, in any form, including drawn or AI-generated.
- Explicit sexual content or graphic gore.
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity.
- Scams, fake giveaways, spam, or asking clients to pay outside ARTON for commissions that started here.
- Fake accounts, buying followers or likes, or any attempt to game rankings.
5. Commission etiquette
- Artists: quote clearly, set realistic deadlines, keep clients updated, deliver what you agreed.
- Clients: give a clear brief and references you're allowed to share, respond to questions, and respect the artist's time and rights.
6. Reporting
See something that breaks these guidelines? Report it through the contact page (topic “Report a user or artwork”) with a link. We review reports and may remove content, move it to drafts, or suspend accounts.
